1. Prices and Terms
      Due to changing prices from our suppliers, our prices are subject to change without notice.

          All Shipments will be shipped C.O.D. or Credit Card  unless an account and credit has been set up prior to shipment.

         Open account terms are net 30 days.

2.  Shipments
         Shipments will be made FOB, Hudson, WI unless otherwise quoted. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay after the carrier has received the items. All claims should be made to the carrier. We will give you all the assistance we can in such claims.

3. Returns
         No returns will be accepted or credit issued  without our prior authorization for return.

4. Limited Warranty
         All items manufactured by Marine Associates are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment, under normal use and service. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, as provided, at our option, if the product is found to be defective by Marine Associates, provided the part is returned to us within 30 days of discovery of the defect.

         Marine Associates reserves the right to have any item returned to us for inspection before warranty is given.

         This warranty is void if any repair or alteration has been made by anyone other than Marine Associates, of if the product has been subject to abuse, negligence, accident, or misapplication.

         Marine Associates is not liable for any item we do not manufacture except under the other manufacturers warranty.
